Tips to lose love handle safely

Love handles are the additional fat which gathers around the abdomen and the upper body. I have mentioned some easy steps which are totally safe. So follow them honestly:


  • Time to exercise (30 minutes a day is fine, if you can do more, even better)
  • Smart diet plans.

Step 1:
To get rid of love handles, modify your diet. Stick to whole grains, lean protein and fruits & vegetables.

Step 2:
Include 3 servings of low fat dairy products a day. Studies have shown that consuming low fat dairy products helps minimize abdominal fat. Cottage cheese and ricotta cheese are particularly helpful when paired with step 4.

Step 3:

I know it’s quite funny riding bicycles in modern age but it plays a vital role in weight lose plans. Normally people when sitting in front of computer eat lots of fast food and wafers. According a survey conducted by a popular news channel 45% of employees gains weight after joining their first job.

Fedrick Thomson, an employee working with a corporate firm told “we don’t have time to think over our diets which we have to eat during office hours because of the work load we just eat what is being served in front of us when we are hungry. Indianapolis corporate account manager for Weight Watchers. "By taking just a few minutes, you can begin your new path of achieving a healthier lifestyle by becoming more aware of what behavior you need to change and planning meals and activity while you are at work each day," said Alley kendy.

Here are some steps she recommends taking during the workday:
--> Make a habit of bringing lunch cooked in your house because it’s safe and clean. You may also bring some salad and fruits which helps in retaining your fitness.
--> Stop eating wafers and fast food just save money and at end of the month buy some new cloths for yourself or for your lovely wife.
--> Ask your company to reimburse you for wellness initiatives, such as joining a gym or weight-loss program. Many employers allow Weight Watchers to offer meetings at work.
--> On Monday, bring in five days of low-calorie frozen dinners or canned soups, leaving the guesswork out of portion sizes.
--> Include exercise breaks in your calendar, even if it's just 10 minutes at a time. Walk around outside or inside of your building, make copies at the farthest printer, and don't set foot in an elevator.

Diet pills May bridle Hypertension

According to a new research review weight loss drugs Xenical may ease high blood pressure. Reaching and maintaining a healthy weight helps treat or prevent high blood pressure (hypertension). And a healthy diet and active lifestyle are important for blood pressure, too.

Dieters often wish for a magic pill that will help them lose weight. Now there is a new one showing promising results. The first studies of the new diet drug, taranabant, reveal that obese people lose weight and burn more calories on the drug. Taranabant works by blocking cannabinoid receptors in the brain. The idea came about from marijuana. For years doctors have known that marijuana increases the appetite by stimulating the cannabinoid receptors. So, the idea is to block them with drugs like taranabant. However, studies show the drug has increased side effects when used at higher doses.

Seven of the reviewed studies focused on diet, not drugs. Together, the studies included 1,632 patients. Some patients were assigned to go on weight loss diets. For comparison, others didn't change their eating habits.

The studies lasted for at least six months. During that time, the dieters shed 9 pounds more than those who kept their diets. The dieters also trimmed 6 extra points off their systolic blood pressure (the first number in a blood pressure reading) and about 3 extra points off their diastolic blood pressure (the second number in a blood pressure reading), compared with those who didn't diet.

Patients taking Xenical or Meridia lost 8.2 more pounds, on average, than those taking the placebos.Compared with placebo, Xenical was linked to an average systolic blood pressure improvement of 2.5 points and an average diastolic blood pressure improvement of 2 points.

But Meridia users had an average increase of about 3 points in their systolic blood pressure, compared with placebo. "Although [Meridia] treatment reduced body weight, it did not lower or might even elevate blood pressure," write Horvath and colleagues.

How to keep our body fit ‘n fine? It’s a question which is asked from 50% of the total human beings surviving on earth. Balanced diets may lose weight fast

Over or excess eating effects on body weight which results in overweight. I can’t forgot those winter days when I stop eating as per the diet plans which made me 175 pounds and it’s all because of the heavy work load in office. I have to submit the annual report and for which I started sitting 12-14 hours in front of my laptop and didn’t even get the time to do breakfast, lunch and dinner according to time schedule.

When this kind of time table occurs then there’s no other option left just to eat fast foods in front of anyone and this exactly what I did. Due to unbalanced diet plans I raised body weight and shocked when I gone for health checkup.

So there are more other alternatives instead of eating fast foods and chilly chicken like: fresh fruits, green salads etc. If somebody has to sit in front their computer more than the normal working hours and don’t get the time obeying the regular diet plans they may take these alternatives but skip off unbalancing diets because once your weight crosses limit it becomes hard to get rid of overweight.

Overweight kills our body fitness due to which volume of laziness increases. Looking healthy doesn’t means you should be bulky. Mr. Jones also said that you should be slim and hard from inside so that no disease could harm your body. When we eat fast foods they give our tongue a real fun but afterwards when it dissolves in body they give birth to fat. So it’s all about patience how much you can have a control. Looking cool and sexy doesn’t sense that you gain weight just make yourself fit ‘n fine.

I have been chunky and blimp for long time but when I really caught between diseases there was time to recover from it. At that time I made my mind to make people aware of this sticky disease. We have to face the truth then only you may loose weight. The below mentioned reasons may help you change your mind:

--> First of all stop feeling shy ‘n face the bitter truth of life.

--> Make a routine of reading news and articles related to health and fitness.

--> Have a control over your tongue and don’t go for taste.

--> Go for a regular health check up and consult your doctors and physician.

--> Grow your interest in jogging or walks.

--> Stay way of oily and fast foods.

Last few years have been shocking because heart problems are on hike and it’s all because of fat and overweight. Heart is weak point of our body because it never makes up with brain. If something spicy, yummy food kept in front of you can you control yourself? “NO” that’s exactly your heart says and if you take a advice from brain it would definitely suggest according to health. Brain takes precautions and heart thinks of cures, it’s a bitter truth that everyone knows then also nobody ready to hear.
