ah!..instant weight loss is always a silent attacker.You lose the weight but you also lose stamina, energy and become lethargic. The best way to lose weight and keep it that way is hardwork and exercise. You can try Yoga . it's a good method to lose weight and keep fit and keep the energy levels going.But it also requires regular practice.
The weight loss is natural, healthy and long term.
